Is the sampling process free? How long does it take?
A: To support your evaluation, we offer free custom samples. (A fee is only required if a completely new mold is necessary). The sampling process is typically completed within 10-15 business days.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity for custom makeup brushes?

What is the typical lead time for production?
A：After sample approval, the standard production lead time is approximately 60-75 days. This includes material sourcing, manufacturing, rigorous quality control, and packaging. We do offer expedited options for rush orders – please contact our sales team for details.
What level of customization do you support? Is it only logo placement, or a full redesign?
A：We offer full-service customization, from OEM to ODM.
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): If you have an existing design, we can manufacture it precisely to your specifications.
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): If you need to start from scratch, our design team will work with you to create a unique product, from fiber selection and shape design to handle creation and packaging.
How to track sample shipment?
A: We will provide you with the express delivery number after the sample is sent.
You can track the transportation status of the sample by querying the logistics track.
In addition, we have a professional salesperson to provide you with one-to-one service, and she will report the sample transportation status to you in a timely manner.
What is your payment term?
A：30% deposit and the balance before shipment. We are flexible for VIP clients.
